XIBA Business Review
In teaching-learning-evaluation of management education, research is the key to quality education. The content of any teaching for that matter should spring from research that explicates abstract concepts and ideas. More sharply, what a research does is that it provides a case to argue what it is and what it is not. A good blend of theory and application of theory leads to comprehension of reality. XIBA Business Review provides a platform for teachers and scholars in management education to showcase their researches and debate their ideas, leading finally to enhancement of student learning.
