Hukmdev Narayan Yadav is a sensitive leader with a passionate fighting spirit, and
a parliamentarian who is sympathetic and diligent. He has left an indelible impression on the legislative assembly in Bihar as well as Indian Parliament.
The book, ‘Flow of Thoughts’ (Talk of village, poor, farmers in Parliament) is a collection of his speeches delivered on various issues.
He has raised important issues in both the Parliament and parliamentary committees.
