Kingsblood Royal by Sinclair Lewis

First published in 1947, ‘Kingsblood Royal’ is a satirical novel on the American discrimination on the basis of one’s skin colour and class. Siclair Lewis met many such working class Americans who had a black ancestory and are now leading a life of a White on the basis of their skin colour.
